What we collect
- About you: name, medical council registration number, specialty, hospital, email and mobile number.
- Clinical information: the de-identified summary and reports you send, and any feedback you give.
- Technical: standard server logs kept by our website host. We use no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising.
De-identified information only
Remove any name, address, hospital number, date of birth and family contact details before sending. If we receive identifying details, we will not use them and may delete the material.
How we use it
To give you advice, contact you about your request, keep a professional record, and improve the service using de-identified information. We never sell information.
Who sees it
The IDline specialist, and the providers that run the service for us: Netlify (website and forms) and Google (email, calendar, Google Meet, feedback forms and the blog). We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires.
Storage and security
Records may be deleted once a consult is complete, usually within 1 to 3 months. Connections are encrypted, access is restricted and protected by two-step sign-in, and video calls are not recorded. If a security incident affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or erase your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@idline.in. We reply within 30 days.
